I have spent nearly 15 years in the financial sector with a particular emphasis on Home Loans and Affordable Housing issues in particular. During this period I have engaged with various industry players and government officials. I have created solid networks within government and private sector where I have earned the respect of my peers and colleagues.
I have over 10 years experience in management at executive level and am particularly good in designing and executing strategy. My ability to operate within strategic and operational situations as well as negotiating skills has enabled me to play a major role in the setting up of a black estate agent organisation and bringing together three large black organisations to set up the National Property Forum undoubtedly the largest Black Real Estate Organisation with a national footprint.
I currently operate a real estate company called Bondwealth Properties with offices in Blairgowrie. We have a complement of six agents and thirty-nine interns who are spread out throughout Johannesburg. We specialise in rentals, sales and property management.
I have vast experience in handling large teams as well as a wealth of knowledge in conflict resolution and management. During my tenure as General Manager Affordable Housing Absa I have particularly overseen several projects and my project management skills are excellent.
I have served as a Board Member of the Estate Agency Affairs Board and served on the HR, Ethics, and Education and training Committees as well as chairing the Transformation Committee.
I am currently a Board member of Numsa Investment company and chair the Social and Ethics Committee, the Audit and Risk Committee as well as being a member of the Remuneration Committee.
